The problem
School events can produce a large amount of footage. Reviewing every clip, understanding what it contains and finding useful moments can take longer than the edit itself.
The approach
ASL Video Assistant explores a more organized workflow for analysing media, describing clips and helping an editor narrow down the material worth reviewing first.
Work in progress
This project remains experimental. The current focus is on making the workflow practical and keeping editorial decisions in human hands.
